1. About us

CarWindowTinting.ae is a professional automotive window tinting service based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving Dubai and Fujairah. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to CarWindowTinting.ae.

2. Scope of services

We provide automotive window tinting services exclusively. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Standard, ceramic, and nano ceramic window film installation for cars, SUVs, 4x4s, vans, and other vehicles
• Sunroof and panoramic roof tinting
• Removal and replacement of existing window film
• Consultation on film grades, tint shades, and relevant UAE regulations

We do not provide general automotive repair, bodywork, or any service outside the scope of window film installation and removal.

3. Quotes and estimates

3.1 Estimates are indicative

Any price communicated to you via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our website prior to an in-person assessment is an estimate only. Final pricing is confirmed only after we have inspected your vehicle and you have agreed to the specific film grade, tint shade, and scope of work.

3.2 Variables affecting price

Final cost may vary based on vehicle size and body type, number of windows, film grade selected, whether old tint removal is required, and any other factors identified during inspection.

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp) on the scope of work and the final price.

4. Bookings and appointments

4.1 Scheduling

Appointments are arranged via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We operate 24 hours a day and will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, subject to availability.

4.2 Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone. We appreciate reasonable advance notice so we can manage our workshop schedule. Last-minute cancellations without notice may result in a rebooking fee at our discretion.

4.3 Vehicle preparation

Please ensure your vehicle is reasonably clean before your appointment. Excessive dirt or debris on the glass may require additional preparation time, which may affect scheduling.

5. UAE tint regulations and customer confirmation

Window tinting in the UAE is subject to regulations set by the relevant authorities, including minimum visible light transmission (VLT) requirements for different vehicle windows. These regulations may change and it is your responsibility as the vehicle owner to ensure your tint complies with current rules at the time of installation and afterwards.

We accept no liability for fines, penalties, or consequences arising from the selection of a tint shade that does not comply with UAE regulations, where the shade was chosen by or confirmed by the customer.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms vary depending on the film brand, grade, and package selected. Full warranty details — including the duration, what is covered, and any conditions — are provided at the time of enquiry or confirmation. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the specific film manufacturer and our own service warranty, as communicated at the time of installation.

Warranty is void if the film is damaged due to misuse, improper aftercare, or physical damage not caused by a defect in the film or installation.

7. Aftercare obligations

Following installation, we will provide you with aftercare instructions including a curing period during which windows should remain closed. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect the quality of the tint and may invalidate any warranty provided. We accept no liability for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the CarWindowTinting.ae website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of CarWindowTinting.ae or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing, availability, and service details are subject to change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CarWindowTinting.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of use of a vehicle.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
